CANCELLATION POLICY

Some expenses are incurred during the planning phase of the conference, so we will adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Notice in writing by March 31, 2026 ……….……………… Full Refund

Notice in writing from April 1-24, 2026 …………… Half Refund

No refund April 25, 2026 or after

All cancellations and changes must be sent to seed@secan.com by the deadlines noted above.

Refunds will be processed after May 29, 2026.

* Note: Registrations are transferable to another person
